Di fianco a lui un cast di lusso: Leo Nucci e Plácido Domingo nel ruolo del titolo, Carmen Giannattasio e Krassimira Stoyanova in quello di Amelia Grimaldi, Giorgio Berrugi come Gabriele Adorno e Dmitry Beloselskiy come Jacopo Fiesco. In December 2015 Massimo Cavalletti reprises one of his signature roles, that of Ford in Jonathan Miller’s production of “Falstaff” in four performances at the New National Theatre Tokyo concducted by Yves Abel.
